What information should I prepare before asking for help?

Prepare the page name, device type, browser, connection type, approximate time, exact error wording and the last action you completed successfully. Do not include passwords, OTPs, card PINs or bank passwords.

Choose the right route before contacting anyone

Start with Support if you are not sure whether the issue belongs to Login, Register, App or Download. A short triage often answers the problem without exposing private information or repeating failed actions.

Account access

Use Login when an existing account is involved and the page itself loads normally.

Registration

Use Register for field, submission and new-account route problems.

App or browser

Use App when you need to compare installed and browser behaviour.

File or installation

Use Download when the issue involves a file, warning or permission request.

Useful troubleshooting details

  • Page or feature you were trying to use
  • Phone, tablet or computer
  • Browser name or whether an installed route was used
  • Wi-Fi or mobile-data connection
  • Approximate time the problem occurred
  • Exact error text without account secrets

Information to keep out of a support request

Do not send a password, OTP, card PIN, bank password or recovery code. If a screenshot contains a phone number, email address, account identifier or payment information, crop or redact it before sharing. A support request normally needs to know what happened, not the secret used to authenticate the account.

When no direct contact address is shown

Do not invent or guess an email address, messaging account or phone number. Use the Support routing available on the pages you can verify. If an external destination provides a current support method, read the details there and check the destination before sending personal information.

Write a concise issue description

A useful description follows a simple pattern: “On [device/browser], I opened [page], completed [last successful step], then saw [exact error]. The same page [does/does not] work on another browser or connection.” This gives enough context to troubleshoot without exposing credentials.

Next best action

Open Support to classify the issue, then move to the specific page that matches it. If the question is about privacy or responsible use rather than access, use the policy pages instead.
