Page name, device type, operating system family, browser, connection type, approximate time, exact error wording and the last action before the issue.
Start by identifying whether the problem is the page, browser, network, account, app or downloaded file. Change one variable at a time and keep passwords, OTPs and financial credentials private.

Describe exactly what fails and what still works. Test the lowest-risk causes first—page, connection and browser—then move to app, file or account checks. Avoid changing several settings at once because you will not know which change mattered.
| What is failing? | Start with | Useful page |
|---|---|---|
| One page is blank or slow | Connection, reload once, private window, second browser | Support / relevant page |
| Existing account cannot enter | Page works, credential entry, repeated attempts | Login |
| New account route does not submit | Required fields, formatting, browser response | Register |
| Installed route fails | App state, permissions, storage, browser comparison | App |
| Downloaded file is blocked or unexpected | Source, file type, warning, permissions | Download |
| Game route does not load | One active session, connection, browser/device resources | Game |

Password, OTP, card PIN, bank password, recovery codes or a screenshot that exposes sensitive account or payment information.
If the same page works in a private window or a second browser on the same connection, the issue is likely tied to stored site data, an extension, autofill or a setting in the original browser. Re-enable or change settings one at a time rather than deleting all browser data immediately.
If the same page and browser work on Wi-Fi but not mobile data, or the reverse, compare DNS, network filtering, VPN/proxy settings and carrier behaviour. Do not change account credentials merely because the network path differs.
If the page loads normally across browsers and connections but an existing account is consistently rejected, the problem is no longer primarily a page-loading issue. Stop repeated attempts, keep credentials private and use the account access route or support information available to you.
If browser access works but an installed route fails, compare permissions, source, storage and app state. If a downloaded file is blocked before installation, read the device warning and verify the file source before changing security settings.
